What sort of data do we collect: We may collect the following information from our applicants, name and job title, contact information including email address and telephone, demographic information such as postcode, other information relevant to applicability for a specific role. Our data collection from applicants is designed to be the minimum data required to process and initiate a potential application. We collect only an e mail address for anybody wishing to subscribe to our newsletter and no personal information is requested.
We require candidate information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: internal record keeping on candidates. We may use the information to improve our services to you, we may periodically send emails and also literature or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided when you have explicitly opted to receive them. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We will contact you by preferred method opted: email, phone, or mail.
Why we collect your data: We collect your personal data as we manage the interface between a candidate as a potential applicant and a possible job placement with a company. We use this information to assess your suitability for a role in judicial services and we use it to support you with advice, media, documentation in order to provide a service to you that provides the best recruitment and transition opportunity. We use these as our lawful basis for storing your personal information.
We collect data from you when you communicate with us in relation to the following: recruitment and updating you on industry and sector.
Sharing your data: We will not share your data with any 3rd party without your permission and for candidates this is limited to potential employers and companies for a role you have expressly registered an interest with. We will never share or sell your contact details to any other organisation. We collect your personal data and contact information purely for the purposes of recruitment and where you have expressed an interest in receiving industry and sector updates.
Retaining your data: We will store your personal data for only as long as there is a requirement to do so. Where there is a legitimate business requirement to do so (recruitment process) we will retain. Where that requirement has ceased, recruited, we will erase your data within 6 months. We will not inform you that we are deleting as this will be automatic.
How we store personal data: We store your candidate registration and our mailing list for industry updates via our 3rd party supplier, MailChimp. Applicants are processed additionally on Indeed and on LinkedIn from which Richardson Bailey are full licence holders.
